Korab is a multi-talented artist. His oeuvre comprises oil paintings, graphics, collages, screen prints and lithographs. The subjects of Karl Korab doesn’t seem to have changed over the years. He concentrates on still lifes, mask-like heads and figures. His landscapes show the influence of the countryside of Lower Austria (“Waldviertel”, “Weinviertel”) where he lives with his family in Sonndorf near Maissau.

Korab studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna with Sergius Pauser and received several prizes over the years, mainly from the federal state of Lower Austria. His works can be found in public and private collections inside and outside of Austria.
