Franz Zadrazil studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, he visited the masterclass of Rudolf Hausner. 1969 he made his first fassade painting. The motifs for his pictures he found in big cities like Vienna, Paris, Berlin and New York: fassades of houses with colourful promotion panels and neon adverts, shop portals, cinemas and bars, that he painted in photo-realistic manner. 2005 the artist died at the age of 62.
