Anne Hausner is a contemporary artist known for her expressive and versatile works. Born and raised in Hamburg, Hausner developed a passion for art at an early age.

Anne Hausner studied at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg and attended Rudolf Hausner's painting class from 1966-68. In 1970, she moved to Vienna with Rudolf Hausner (daughters Tanja and Jessica).

Anne Hausner primarily dedicated herself to nature studies. In an exceedingly meticulous painting style based on a glazing technique using acrylic and oil paints, Anne describes surfaces and structures. Her depictions appear as metaphors for chaos and order. In 1998, she devoted herself to the series "Elements," nature descriptions in painting and photography.
